Jake Holsinger, Real Estate Manager with Take 5 Oil Change, spearheads corporate real estate expansion throughout Florida and also oversees other markets across the country. Q: Since you’ve been sitting in the driver’s seat spearheading Take 5 Oil Change corporate expansion, tell us… have you seen significant company development growth for the Take 5 brand in Entwine’s markets, Northeast Florida and parts of Central Florida?

A: Absolutely — the deals in the Northeast Florida market make up 55% of my total corporate pipeline.

Q: How has your experience been working with Entwine to help accomplish your strategic real estate goals?

A: Entwine was my first broker and territory with Take 5 Oil Change. The market knowledge and relationships Entwine brings to the table is the main reason it is my number one market in the nation.

Q: In Florida, where do you see Driven Brands growth in the next 24 months.

A: Our plan is to continue to do 60 more corporate locations in the state of Florida and many more franchisee locations.

Q: Do you see the oil change industry needing to evolve as electric vehicle demand increases? If so, is Driven Brands taking steps now to expand offerings?

A: Driven Brands is committed to servicing all types of vehicles and will continue to innovate with the times.
