This six-week virtual program is designed exclusively for small business owners considering a brick + mortar space.
Every other week, we’ll meet as a group for 75 minutes to learn the general retail real estate process of opening a brick + mortar from start to finish.
During our off weeks, you’ll have a chance to meet with me one-on-one for 30 minutes to discuss your specific brick + mortar goals.
Throughout our 6 weeks together, you’ll have unlimited email access to ask me anything. During the last week, we’ll wrap up with a celebration and your final 1:1!
What can you expect?
During our time together, we’ll talk about establishing an external team, growth, your specific (and valid!) fears, pain points with retail real estate processes, knowing your numbers (aka, your pro forma), the importance of a business plan to landlords and lenders, envisioning your perfect place, steps to help you prepare for the journey ahead, and so much more.
